Mohammed Jalal Catering (MJC) was established in 1973 (Bahrain) and remains one of  the largest Commercial Caterer in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Health & Safety

All personnel within our Commercial Catering Department whom specifically use and handle food are provided international industry standard food safety and hygiene training and are screened on a regular basis by the Ministry of Health (Bahrain) to obtain the appropriate certificate that enables ongoing employment within our industry.

HACCP

Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points is employed throughout our operations with strict adherence to these internationally recognized principles. We operate utilizing our central kitchen and on-site locations Providing 15000 meals daily and provide an array of Snacks and bakery items at our on-site cafs.
